What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major Credit / Debit cards.

What happens once I’ve completed the payment?

Once you have completed your payment, you will be upgraded to a Ravengrade Masterclasses user and you will have instant access to the training content.

Will my premium membership auto-renew?
When upgrading to premium membership, you will be subscribed to an automatic payment plan. If you do not wish to auto-renew, you can cancel the automatic payment at your subscription management page.

If you pay using PayPal your account gets charged on the renewal date (CEST). If you pay using a creditcard charge will occur 3 days before the renewal day (CEST) unless the subscription is cancelled. In the case of a failure we will retry to capture the payment at a later time.

How can I cancel my premium membership and the automatic payment plan?

If you did pay with PayPal, you have to cancel your subscription on by cancelling your billing agreement. If there is also a creditcard on file you have to cancel the subscription on our site as well.

What happens once my subscription expires?
Once your subscription expires, your membership will be returned to a member account. You will no longer have access to the premium content. You can renew your subscription at any time in order to retain these benefits.

I forgot to cancel my subscription, will you offer me a refund?

Whenever a subscription is not cancelled before the charge we will not be offering any refund. We highly recommend to cancel your subscription beforehand if you do not wish to get charged.

My subscription  accidentally expired, can I re-subscribe using at my old prices?
We understand that your subscription might accidentally expire due to unfortunate circumstances (Such as an expired creditcard). If your subscription accidentally expires you can reach out to us within 30 days and we will honor the old pricing.

Do you offer refunds?
Since the content are digital items and can’t physically be returned, there are no refunds offered on these products.
