MASTER TONE
The Master tone plugin for DaVinci Resolve helps shape the image with much greater control of the tonal range than Resolves built-in grading controls. It basically mimics aNuke’s ColorCorrect node, which separate Lift/Gamma/Gain operators for shadows/mids/highlights and is developed to better reach what’s known as the “film contrast”

Master Toneoffers quick real-time adjustments to every aspect of the tonal contrast.
Master Tone offers the intuitive operation of lift, gamma, and gain, combined with granular control over the tonal area of the image where the adjustment takes effect. Too often colorists are forced to choose between control and ease of use — Master Tone offers both.
